im not going to say yes, and im not going to say no, but i will tell you some things and see what you think, ok i have a supra, and it is turbo... BUT if i put a turbo on it that is not stock, then it is illegal, also if i change anything on the engine that is not stock... then its illegal as well... i just got a "state referee" ticket because a nice officer popped my hood and let me know that my car was not stock, and i took it there and turns out EVERYTHING in my engine bay that wasnt there since her birth is illegal, so i dont know what you want to think, but if anything has a "eo number" on it, it is legal, if it dosent then, its illegal, intercoolers, everything you can think of, unless it says carb legal then it is illegal, i learned the hard way, hope you wont have to
