This is going to sound odd but i have a 97 f-150 with a 4.2 V6. I would like to put a turbo on it and make a quick truck. I don't even know where to start. I am looking for help because i don't know what size turbo i need or how to know what size i need. I don't want a lot of turbo lag and i only want to run 7-10 lbs of boost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

First off what are you goals for your truck.  It's best to set your goals before modding so that you don't spend your money unwisely!
