stock b16a1 and 400 shot NOS Possible ?

I have a civic '88 body with a b16a1 100% stock engine and 300shot of NOS.
I want to set a 10sec record in two weeks and after that I will start on a new project. My best time now is 11.88sec and I will use a 400shot on the 10th of july on the dragstrip in Holland.
They say it can't be done without modifications but hey I will give it a shot. Maybe I should consider using a turbo?

You are really close to dammaging the ringlands on your pistons. The pistons, rings, and ringlands are the weak point of the B16's
