94' prelude H22

I have a 92 prelude with a 94 h22 v-tec. I'm in the process of rebuilding it. My plans are to get an air ride, re paint, build a wall of speakers with four 15" alpine type R's, and to rebuild the motor. This is where I need some advice. Is it even logical wanting to get 450-500 hp from my motor. What is it that I need to do for my motor to handle more than 10 psi from a turbo. I'm looking to spend under 10k. What parts do you guys recommend. Or will I just be wasting my time and money.
