selecting the right size turbo

I have a kubota rtv 900 diesel & would like to add a turbo. There are a couple of dealers that offer turbo kits for this application. One will only sell the kit if they install it (cost $3000.00). The other wants $2000.00 for the kit. I have found a small turbo on-line & I am trying to find out if it will work for my diesel engine. I have found out that this engine is governed to approx. 3000 rpm & can handle boost of about 5 psi. I have the specs for the turbo - can anyone tell me how to figure out if this turbo will work for my application?
