turbo cams for a mazda FE3 motor

Hi there I would like to find out if it is possible toe use a 296 deg camshaft in a FE3 mazda motor with a turbo on this motor ?
I haven't got all the specs of this camshaft as it is a reground cam that u have to use with solid lifters .
Please help
I am just wondering if it could work
