turbo questions

have a c-10 prostreeted that im doing single turbo on .76mm turbo with 1.08 ar exhaust housing w/3'' intercooler inlet and outlet doing a blow thru carb on e-85 due to higher compression;11.1; not really going with high boost until get everything tuned in turbo wont spool up quick which is fine would rather make power further out after take off but dont know what size wastegate and bov i should use,the set up i got from a friend has been 5.50s at low boost with simular motor but hes in iraq,stiil need to purchase both to finish set-up,can anyone help?
